Trump swore an oath, twice: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." In the 12 months since he last said those words, he has trampled over the Constitution rather than “preserve, protect and defend” it. Here are numerous examples of this blatant disregard for the Constitution (by no means a comprehensive list):

- Disney/ABC
- Paramount/CBS
- BBC
- CNN
- New York Times
- The Wallstreet Journal
- Harvard University
- Columbia University

- Donald Kinsella
Lack of Law Enforcement Leadership
- Pardoned more than 1,500 individuals convicted in the January 6, 2021 attack on the US Capitol
- Political prosecutions
o James Comey
o Letitia James
o Jerome Powell (Trump appointee)

o John Bolton (Trump appointee)
o Mark Kelly
o Elissa Sltokin
o Jason Crow

o Chris Deluzio

Before long, if he is to continue on his present course, he is going to find it necessary to violate the 2nd Amendment too!
In the U.S. Constitution, who exactly are "We the People of the United States of America"?
